Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased online
Items must be in the original packaging and original unused condition. Boots may be returned or exchanged only if the soles are unscratched. Unfortunately, if they have scuffs or scrapes on the bottom soles of boots, they will be sent back to you. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
RETURNS FOR A REFUND: A full refund will be applied if you ship it yourself and use your own shipping label. $20 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date item is received and has passed inspection to see a credit in your account that was used to pay for the item.
We do not accept returns on used, misused or incomplete items.
If boot box or hat box are not returned with item, there will be an additional $15.00 charge.
If shipped back without an exterior shipping box, there will be an additional $15.00 charge.
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
There will be a 25% restocking fees.
